TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Luxe Mobile Detailing. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. 

Services Provided

Luxe Mobile Detailing offers mobile auto detailing services, including exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and protective coatings. Service packages and pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and location.

2. 

Mobile Service Requirements

We are a fully mobile service and come equipped with our own water and power. However, the customer must ensure that:

  • The vehicle is in a safe, legal location (e.g., driveway, parking lot).

  • There is adequate space for our detailing work.

  • The vehicle is accessible at the time of appointment.

3. 

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via social media. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Same-day requests are subject to availability.

4. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

5. 

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion.

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • Apple Pay

Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service.

6. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of service and we will work to make it right.

Note: This does not apply to stains, damage, or defects that cannot be removed or restored.

7. 

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues with the vehicle (e.g., loose trim, damaged paint, leaks).

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Unremovable stains or odors

  • Mechanical or electrical issues discovered during detailing

8. 

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of bad weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, extreme cold), we may need to reschedule. We will contact you as early as possible to make arrangements.

9. 

Limitation of Liability

Luxe Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. 

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your contact information will only be used for communication and scheduling. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

11. 

Policy Updates

Luxe Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
